We specialize in custom embroidered and custom printed designs for your apparel and gift item needs. It is our priority to offer embroidery and printing in the best quality and service.

PRINTING

We provide a variety of the best and most advanced printing on apparel at affordable prices.

SCREEN PRINT

Works great with custom printing on a shirt like Corporate Shirt, Team Spirit Shirt, Family Reunion, lots of organizations apparel, etc.

HEAT TRANSFER PRINT

Name & Number on a sports jersey. Individual custom lettering shirt. We can provide custom printing shirt without minium order require (it may depend on what the customer’s design or ideas on apparel)

EMBROIDERY

We offer a variety of designs onto any apparel items (Polo, T-shirt, Sweatshirt, Jacket, Apron, Towel, Tote bag, etc.)

CUSTOM APPAREL FAQ

1. What is the minimum order?

  • Embroidery: No minimum quantity and no color minimum.
  • Heat Transfer Print: No minimum order but only for letters and/or numbers.  Up to 2 colors.
  • Screen Printing: Require minimum order of 12.

2. What is the set-up fee on the custom design?

  • Embroidery: In a range between $35 – $50 one-time set-up fee.
  • Screen Print: In a range between $35 – $50 one-time set-up fee. Set-up fee can be waived if below condition has been made.
  • VECTOR ARTWORK: Please convert all fonts to outlines or curves before submitting artwork.

3. Can you customize any logos?

  •  Any logos with copyrights (School, Sports Team, Organization, etc logos) cannot be customized. Except the customer brings documentation for Stitching Station to have a permit for stitches and/or prints.

4. How long does it take?

  • Embroidery & Heat Transfer Print: Once the design sample is confirmed and approved, normally takes about 1–3 days to complete. (It might take longer depending on the quantity. Please confirm with the Stitching Station team.)
  • Screen Print: Once the design sample is confirmed and approved, normally takes about 7-15 days to complete. (It might take longer depending on the quantity. Please confirm with the Stitching Station team.)

5. Can I bring my own item to stitch or print?
